Authorised Dealers: For technical assistance or maintenance, contact your authorised Vega dealer.
Please provide the awning's manufacturing number for prompt identification.
All Vega awnings are designed to minimise noise during the unwinding and rolling up of the blind. Even in the motorised versions, the electric motor runs but is extremely quiet.
Regular maintenance and cleaning can reduce friction and wear noise. Ask your Vega dealer about available maintenance methods.
Wind Resistance: Our products are tested for wind resistance under extreme conditions and comply with the European standard DIN EN 13561.
Wind Resistance Classes
- Class 0: Do not use in windy conditions.
- Class 1: Resistant up to 4 Beaufort.
- Class 2: Resistant up to 5 Beaufort.
- Class 3: Resistant up to 6 Beaufort.
Vega focuses on the development and production of high-quality awnings.
Dealers offer a full range of services and related products that would be difficult for Vega to offer effectively and promptly.

Remove dust and dirt regularly and use neutral stain removers.
To keep your awning cover in top condition and prolong its life, follow these practical tips:
- use a soft brush to gently remove dust when the cover is dry.
- It is important to remove leaves and similar debris immediately to prevent damage.
- To remove small stains, use water and a mild detergent, preferably in liquid form (a 5% soap solution is recommended, with water not exceeding 30°).
- Be sure to rinse the cloth well with clean water, avoiding soap residue.
